Ensuring you have all the information you need to make an informed decision about your support.
When considering therapy, one of the first questions many clients have is, “How much will this cost?” At Inspire Wellbeing Services, we believe in transparency and ensuring you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. Our pricing structure is designed to accommodate a range of needs, from routine counselling to specialised interventions. With session costs ranging from £60 to £140, you will receive expert care tailored to your requirements. This approach ensures that you always know what to expect while getting the right support for your unique situation.
Several factors influence the cost of therapy sessions, including:
Therapists with advanced training or certifications will have higher session fees.
Therapists with certain credentials (such as psychologists) will often charge more for services.
Specialised therapies require specialist training, so come at a premium.
Therapists that have more experience charge higher fees for thier support services.
£60 Band 1: Early career therapists
Band 1 services are ideal for clients with mild to moderate challenges, such as low-level anxiety, depression, or early-stage mental health concerns. Therapists in this category are early on in their careers but deliver therapies designed to provide effective support and tools. They use approaches such as art therapy, psychodynamic counselling, person centred therapy and play therapy.
£75 Band 2: Counsellors and therapists
Therapists in this category offer support for a broader range of mental health challenges and work with clients with more complex needs and longer lasting symptoms . They have extensive experience and use approaches such as psychodynamic counselling, psychotherapy and creative therapies for children such as art and play.
£85 Band 3: Specialist therapists
This band includes specialists trained in evidence-based trauma therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Experiencing or other advanced trauma-focused approaches. These therapists are equipped to help clients address significant trauma, PTSD, and deep-seated emotional wounds. Therapists in this band have an array of specialisms, and many of those working in this band have multiple specialisms alongside years of experience.
£140 Band 4: Experienced therapists
Band 4 therapists are highly qualified, experienced professionals, and many have advanced training. In this group are occupational therapists and psychologists. These professionals bring extensive expertise and are matched to clients requiring targeted support for complex or specialised needs.
Finding the right therapist is an essential step in ensuring effective support. Our thorough allocation process takes time to carefully evaluate your circumstances and match you with the most suitable professional. This personal approach creates the best environment for meaningful progress and positive outcomes.
Sessions last for 50 minutes.
Sessions need to take place weekly to allow for appropriate continuity of support. In longer term cases, your therapist may recommend spacing sessions out to every 2 weeks at the end of support.
After the introductory sessions we can provide you with guidance on how long we expect the course of therapy to take. If you and your therapist feel that it would be beneficial to extend, this can be reviewed.
Two introductory sessions of 50 minutes each will be held before therapeutic support begins. Through these sessions, our therapists gather information to ensure you receive the support that is right for you. If you are an adult, assessment sessions will be held with you directly. If the prospective client is a child, the assessment may be held in part with them and in part with their parent(s)/carer(s)
We aim to process referrals and begin the introductory sessions within three weeks of an initial telephone call taking place. If your availability is particularly limited this process may take slightly longer.
Our team of therapists are all registered with the appropriate professional bodies and regulators. We have an extensive application and recruitment process, and all our therapists have current enhanced DBS checks completed.
When you make a referral into our services you will sign a consent form with the details of our cancellation and missed appointment policy.
The full cost of the appointment will be charged whenever a client misses or cancels an appointment without giving a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
