At Inspire Wellbeing Services, everything we do begins with a simple belief:
everyone deserves a safe space to understand themselves, heal, and grow.
We believe in making therapy accessible, understandable, and authentic.
The way we do that is by offering compassionate, professional therapy that meets people where they are without judgement, jargon, or pressure.
We provide mental health and wellbeing services that help people find clarity by becoming more aware of their own needs, what gets in the way of these being met and how they can be used to move forward with confidence. Would you like to find the support that feels right for you?
We exist to make emotional wellbeing something that feels achievable, not overwhelming.
We know that reaching out for therapy can feel scary, confusing, or uncertain. That is why our focus is on creating a service that feels clear, consistent, and caring from the very first contact.
Our therapists bring warmth and professionalism together, supporting you to build insight, inner strength, and lasting change.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every person’s story is different, so the support you receive should be too.
Our therapists draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, which include creative therapies as well as talking therapies, working collaboratively with you to help you reach your goals at a pace that feels comfortable.
Whatever you are struggling with, we provide a space where you can explore what’s going on and develop practical ways to move forward.
Founder, CEO and Clinical Director of Inspire Wellbeing Services and Kids Inspire
Sue Bell OBE, DL is a UKCP-registered Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Somatic Relational Trauma Therapist who combines the creative arts with NeuroAffective Touch to deliver trauma-responsive therapy that restores connection and embodied wellbeing. Sue Bell OBE, DL is the founder of Kids Inspire, the charity she established in 2007 after recognising gaps in local services for young people struggling with emotional and behavioural difficulties — often as a result of trauma, neglect, abuse, or bereavement. An award-winning leader and clinician, Sue was appointed OBE in 2023 for services to charity, mental health, and education. She has also received the Government’s Mental Health Hero Award, and under her leadership, Kids Inspire was honoured with the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service (2020) — the UK’s highest recognition for voluntary organisations. A UKCP-registered Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, qualified teacher, and Somatic Relational Trauma Therapist, Sue combines the creative arts with NeuroAffective Touch and psychotherapy to support children, young people, and adults affected by trauma. She has a particular specialism in working with children not living with their biological parents, bringing deep understanding of attachment rupture, developmental trauma, and the healing potential of safe relational repair. Sue’s approach draws on her extensive training in Somatic Experiencing (Peter Levine), NeuroAffective Touch (Dr Aline LaPierre), EMDR, IFS, DDP, CATT and NARM, alongside systemic and arts-based therapeutic methods. She teaches internationally and is the first faculty member for the NeuroAffective Touch Institute. A former secondary school teacher, Sue has also taught on the MA in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, sharing her integrative and relational approach with the next generation of therapists. Through her leadership of Kids Inspire and Inspire Wellbeing Services, Sue continues to promote trauma-responsive practice that integrates body, mind, and relationship — restoring connection and wellbeing to those whose early experiences have left lasting impact.

With over 25 years in corporate management and over 15 years running my own businesses, I bring a depth of expertise in business strategy, leadership development, and client-centric coaching to Inspire Wellbeing Services (IWS). My career has been dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses to grow, thrive, and regain control, and I am passionate about applying these principles to the field of community wellbeing. My professional accomplishments include founding and leading Freedom BC, where I have successfully guided SMEs toward sustainable growth and personal fulfilment. This work aligns with IWS’s mission to foster supportive, positive environments where people feel encouraged to reach their potential. From strategy and leadership to accountability and resilience, I am committed to helping individuals and organisations create meaningful, lasting change. I joined Inspire Wellbeing Services because I believe in the transformative power of community-led support and personal development. I’m proud to contribute to an organisation dedicated to enhancing mental health and wellbeing, providing a space where individuals are encouraged to prioritise both growth and self-care.
Director
With over 25 years of experience in school governance and as a member of a very successful school academy trust board I’m passionate about enabling children, adults and organisations to reach their potential. I have witnessed first-hand the transformative impact that Inspire Wellbeing Services has on schools and families. The support provided to students, staff, and parents makes a tangible difference in the lives of countless families and educational institutions. Without this support many families and schools would be left struggling with little or no support. I was honoured to join Inspire Wellbeing Services as a Director in 2021, later expanding my role by joining Kids Inspire as a trustee in December 2023. My extensive background in Human Resources, where I led large-scale HR projects and developed leadership and management programs, allows me to bring valuable insights into team development and organisational growth. Having operated my own HR consultancy, I’ve developed a keen eye for practical problem-solving and analysis and have helped many teams achieve outstanding results across both private and public sectors. At Inspire Wellbeing Services, I’m deeply committed to supporting our teams in their journey to reach their full potential. It’s been very rewarding to support the managers that work for Inspire Wellbeing Services and Kids Inspire to develop and grow the potential of their teams. The dedication and passion of our staff are truly inspiring, and I’m proud to play a role in nurturing that enthusiasm and expertise. Looking forward, I am eager to see Inspire Wellbeing Services continue to grow, extending its exceptional support from schools to businesses, ensuring that we foster wellbeing and success for our staff as well as our clients.
